At Tatum & Lace, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a sizing issue, a change of mind, or if the product simply didn't meet your expectations.

No returns will be accepted for sale items!

To initiate a return, simply email tatumandlace@yahoo.com with your return items details.  Once the return has been approved, please carefully package the item in its original condition and include all the original tags and packaging.

Local Return:

Mail-in return:

Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
